1. Service Description

Metrix Score™ is a business readiness assessment, scoring, and guided roadmap platform for contractors, tradespeople, and service businesses. The platform provides educational guidance, business intelligence tools, and structured planning resources.

2. Educational Purpose

Metrix Score™ provides educational content and tools only. It does not provide professional legal, tax, financial, insurance, or licensing advice. Users should verify all regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements with the relevant authorities and qualified professionals before acting.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. One account per person.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. The Roadmap Pass is a one-time purchase that includes 30 days of Build access with no automatic subscription. Build and Growth are monthly subscriptions that can be cancelled anytime — cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period. The Founding Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase providing lifetime access to all current features.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Metrix Score™ does not offer discretionary refunds. Subscriptions (Build, Growth) may be canceled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The Roadmap Pass is a one-time purchase that does not automatically renew. The Founding Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase providing lifetime access. Duplicate charges and verified payment errors will be corrected. 6. Intellectual Property

Metrix Score™, MetrixScore, Metrix Priority, Metrix Roadmap, and associated marks are trademarks of SubZero Metrix LLC and The Modern Trades Mentor LLC. All content and code are proprietary.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter. We use it only to provide the service. Do not enter passwords, API keys, sensitive financial details, or private customer information into free-text fields.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for business outcomes, regulatory compliance failures, or decisions made based on the platform's educational guidance. Use the platform as one input among many professional resources.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
