Metrix Score™ Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

These terms govern participation in the Metrix Score™ Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by SubZero Metrix LLC and The Modern Trades Mentor LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Approval

Applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. Approval may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.

3. Permitted Promotion Methods

You may promote Metrix Score through: your own website or blog, social media accounts you control, email newsletters to subscribers who have opted in, and educational content. All promotion must include appropriate FTC disclosures.

4. FTC Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Metrix Score near any affiliate link. Disclosures must be visible before the user reaches the affiliate link. Vague disclosures (e.g., hidden in a footer or behind a link) are not sufficient.

5. Trademark and Brand Usage

You may use the name "Metrix Score™" in truthful references. You may not alter the Metrix Score logo, create confusingly similar marks, or register domain names containing "metrixscore", "themetrixscore", or similar variations.

6. Paid Search Restrictions

Bidding on Metrix Score brand terms ("Metrix Score", "MetrixScore", "The Metrix Score", and variations) in paid search advertising is prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Domain and Typosquatting

You may not register or use domain names that are confusingly similar to Metrix Score domains. This includes typosquatting, misspellings, and domain names that could mislead users into believing they are on an official Metrix Score website.

8. Email and SMS

You may only send affiliate links to subscribers who have explicitly opted in to your communications. Unsolicited emails, purchased lists, and spam are prohibited. All email must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations.

9. Social Media

Social media promotion must include appropriate FTC disclosures. You may not impersonate Metrix Score, create fake endorsements, or use misleading claims about the product.

10. Coupon Restrictions

You may not create, distribute, or advertise unauthorized coupon or discount codes. Only officially provided promotional codes may be shared.

11. Self-Referrals

Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not eligible for commission.

12. Prohibited Traffic Sources

The following are prohibited: cookie stuffing, link cloaking that misleads users, adware or malware, incentivized clicks or sign-ups, fake reviews or testimonials, misleading income or success claims, and any deceptive practices.

13. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link within the attribution window. Commission rates, eligible products, and attribution periods are specified in your affiliate dashboard upon approval. Commission rates are subject to change with notice.

14. Attribution

Attribution is tracked via the Rewardful platform. The attribution window and last-click rules are specified in your affiliate dashboard. We are not responsible for attribution failures caused by browser privacy settings, ad blockers, or third-party extensions.

15. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Commissions on refunded purchases will be reversed. Commissions on cancelled subscriptions will stop at cancellation. Chargebacks on referred purchases will result in commission reversal and may trigger affiliate review. Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate suspension.

16. Payout Schedule

17. Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on affiliate earnings. We may require a W-9 or equivalent tax form before processing payouts above applicable thresholds.

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, pending commissions for legitimate referrals already in the payout queue will be honored. Future commissions will cease.

19. Confidentiality

Commission rates, program details, and internal communications are confidential. You may disclose that you are an affiliate and your general experience, but specific rate structures and non-public program details must not be shared publicly.

20. Intellectual Property

Metrix Score™, MetrixScore, and associated marks are trademarks of SubZero Metrix LLC and The Modern Trades Mentor LLC. Your affiliate participation does not grant you ownership or license to the marks beyond the limited promotional use described in these terms.

21. Limitation of Liability
